Remedy
Sore throat
Sage gargle, thyme honey, and not talking. Look at the throat if you can.
A throat that is closing, drooling, or a child who will not swallow their own spit — airway, not herbs. White patches plus a sandpaper rash used to be scarlet fever: keep them in and watch the breath.
Do this
- 1.Warm sage tea as a gargle, plus a pinch of salt.
- 2.Thyme or garlic honey by the teaspoon, slow.
- 3.Self-heal tea as a milder gargle if sage is too much.
- 4.Soft food. Steam.

Herb steeped in honey. Spoon for a cough, or into hot water for a sore throat.
