Remedy

Stomach, gas, queasy

Mint, chamomile, broth. Sip, do not flood. The rehydration mix if they are dumping fluid.

Blood in the stool, black tar, a board-hard belly, or a person who cannot keep sips down a full day — not mint. See Illness.

Do this

  1. 1.Peppermint or spicebush tea, warm, small cups.
  2. 2.Chamomile if it is crampy more than queasy.
  3. 3.If there is diarrhea or vomiting: 1 liter clean water, 6 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt. Sip.
  4. 4.Bland potato or broth when they ask for food. No grease, no raw cider.
