Cramps (belly or monthly)

Heat, chamomile or catnip, a walk. Yarrow tea is an old monthly herb — not if they could be pregnant.

A sudden worst-ever belly pain, or monthly bleeding that soaks a rag an hour for hours, is not tea.

Do this

  1. 1.Hot water bottle or a warm pot wrapped in cloth on the belly.
  2. 2.Chamomile or catnip tea.
  3. 3.Yarrow only if pregnancy is not on the table and they already know the plant.

Chamomile or catnip rest tea

Evening cup for a crampy belly or a person who cannot come down from the day.

Yarrow tincture

Fever sweat on the inside, wound wash on the outside.
