Calendula
Calendula officinalis
The salve flower. Skin, cracked hands, shallow burns after they are cooled.

- Whole resinous flower heads
- Gather
- Easy annual. Pick often, dry in the dark. It will bloom till frost.
- Tincture
- Dry flowers 1:5 in 80 proof for a wound wash (dilute).
